  • Up to 4 free samples, free of charge
  • No account or payment details needed
  • Ordered online, delivered to your door

What do you get, and how many?

Ontex Healthcare sends free samples of its continence products to your door, so you can check fit and absorbency before you spend money on a full pack. You can request up to 4 free samples in one order, choosing from pads, pants, slips and bed pads across the iD, Lille and Ontex ranges. There is no account to create, no payment details to enter and no obligation to buy anything afterwards.

The easiest way to order is the product selector: answer a few quick questions and it recommends the products worth trying, each with its own free sample button. Healthcare professionals can register to order up to 40 samples per order for their clinic, facility or clients.

How do I order free samples?

Four steps, no payment details, no obligation to buy anything afterwards.

  1. Tell us what you need. The product selector asks a few quick questions about gender, how much leakage there is and mobility, then recommends a product plus alternatives. Already know what you want? Go straight to the product page instead.
  2. Choose up to 4 free samples. Every recommendation carries a FREE Sample button, and product pages have an Add FREE Sample option, so you can mix and match, for example a pad plus the same product one absorbency level up.
  3. Check out with your delivery address. No account, no payment details: enter where the samples should go and place the order. Everything happens online, from home, in a few minutes.
  4. Found the right fit? Use the Buy Online button on that product page to purchase full packs from one of our trusted distributors. Still deciding? You are welcome to place another sample order later.

Looking for government-funded continence products?

Free samples and funding are different things. Samples help you find the right product; government schemes such as CAPS, the NDIS, DVA and state programs can then help with the ongoing cost. Sampling first means you never commit your entitlement to a product that does not fit.

Order your free samples

For individuals and carers

Find the right fit with up to 4 free samples delivered to your door. Work through the product selector, review your recommendations, then choose the products you want to try at home. It is simple and completely free, and if you are still deciding you are welcome to return and order more.

For healthcare professionals

If you're a healthcare professional, aged care or community support worker, you can register to access up to 40 free samples per order, plus a wide range of exclusive resources. Use them within your clinic or facility, or send them to patients to trial at home, so the product you specify is one you have seen work.

Please register with your organisation's email address so we can verify you as a healthcare professional. Registrations made with a personal address are set up as customer accounts.

Why try before you buy?

Absorbency and fit are almost impossible to judge from a photo, and an ill-fitting product leaks no matter how absorbent it is. Trying a sample answers the three questions that matter: does it fit, does it hold enough, and is it comfortable enough to wear all day or sleep in. Continence products are also an ongoing cost, so a five-minute sample order protects every pack you buy afterwards. And because you order online from home, there is no conversation at a pharmacy counter unless you want one.

A practical tip: order the product you think you need and the same product one absorbency level up. Comparing the two at home, including overnight, is the fastest way to settle it. If you are new to bladder leakage altogether, the incontinence guide explains the types and causes of incontinence in plain language.

Free sample questions

How do free samples work?

You can order up to 4 free samples in one go: enough to compare fit and absorbency and find your product before you buy. If you are still deciding, you are welcome to come back and try another option. Healthcare professionals, aged care and community support workers can register to access up to 40 samples per order.

Do I need an account or payment details to order samples?

No. Individuals and carers order as guests: choose your samples, enter a delivery address and place the order, with no payment details and nothing to sign up for. Only healthcare professionals need an account, because registering is what unlocks the 40-samples-per-order workplace allowance.

Are all Ontex products available as free samples?

Almost all. Samples cover the disposable ranges: pads, pull-up pants, all-in-one slips, disposable bed pads and kids products. The Kylie washable bed protection range and Serenity Care skin care are not available as samples, and net pants samples are reserved for registered healthcare professionals. If a product cannot be sampled, its page will say so, and you can still buy it through our distributors.

Who can order free incontinence samples?

Individuals, carers, families and healthcare professionals across Australia. Some people are exploring continence care for the first time, others are after a better fit or more comfort, and clinicians order samples to trial products with the people in their care, across all life stages from children through to older adults. You do not need a referral, diagnosis or concession card to order consumer samples.

What products can I get free samples of?

Disposable continence products across our iD, Lille and Ontex ranges: pads for women, pads for men, pull-up pants, all-in-one slips, disposable bed pads and kids products. Open the product you want to try and use the Add FREE Sample button on its page.

How do healthcare professionals order bulk samples?

Register with your organisation's email address so we can verify you as a healthcare professional; registrations made with a personal address are set up as customer accounts. Once registered you can order up to 40 samples per order, to use within your clinic or facility or to send to patients to trial at home. We recommend the product selector to shortlist the most suitable options before placing an order.

Do free samples really cost nothing?

Ordering samples is simple, discreet and completely free, and there is no obligation to buy anything afterwards. Ontex does not sell products directly to the public, so a sample order never leads to a sales call: once you know what works, you buy your full packs from one of our independent distributors.

I found the right product. How do I buy it?

Open that product's page and use the Buy Online button to purchase full packs from one of our trusted distributors, delivered anywhere in Australia. You can also see every distributor that carries our products on the where to buy page, or call us on 1300 788 872 for help working out what to order.
