How much leakage are you managing?
A kitchen measure is the easiest guide. If you are between two levels, choose the higher one. Bowel (poo) leakage is common too, especially later in life: if that is part of what you are managing, choose Moderate or Heavy, as those products are designed to contain both.
How old is the child?

Active wearers usually prefer pull-up pants. If a carer helps with changes, an all-in-one with fasteners is much easier to change, including lying down.

Yes. Bowel leakage is much more common than people think, particularly for older people, and it is nothing to be embarrassed about. All-in-one slips, shaped pads and higher-absorbency pants are designed to contain bowel leakage as well as urine, discreetly and securely. If bowel leakage is part of what you are managing, choose Moderate or Heavy in the selector, and speak to a continence nurse if it is new or changing.
