Lille Suprem Fit: all-in-one slips for moderate to heavy bladder loss

Lille Suprem Fit is an all-in-one slip, the style also called a taped brief. It fastens with four flexible tapes that can be repositioned as often as needed, so the fit can be adjusted rather than settled at the first attempt. Because it fastens with tapes instead of pulling on, it suits changes made with help, and it is recommended for men and women with limited mobility who are confined to bed. Every slip has anti-leakage protection, odour control and the Lille Air System, which provides 100% breathability across the whole surface of the pad to help maintain skin integrity. All are unisex, hypoallergenic and latex free.

Absorbency and sizes available

Three absorbency levels sit in this range, designed for moderate to heavy urinary incontinence:

• Suprem Fit Extra Plus: 1870ml ISO absorbency in size S and 3100ml in size XL.
• Suprem Fit Super Plus: 2980ml in size M and 3100ml in size L.
• Suprem Fit Maxi: 2190ml in S, 3370ml in M, 3580ml in L and 4060ml in XL, the highest capacity on this page.

Between them the three levels fit hip measurements from 60cm through to 160cm. Sizes are not identical across every absorbency, so check the size list on the product you are interested in before ordering.

How Suprem Fit compares with the other Lille lines

Choose Suprem Fit when absorbency and assisted changing matter more than a discreet underwear feel. If the wearer is active and manages their own changes, Lille Suprem Pants pull on and tear off like underwear. For moderate to heavy loss without an all-in-one, Suprem Form large shaped pads worn with net pants are an alternative.
