CARE INSTRUCTIONS
For optimal performance it is recommended the product is washed prior to its first use. Correct laundering procedures will ensure maximum effectiveness and durability of your KYLIE™. Any deviation from the recommended washing instructions may cause damage to the product or impair its performance. The KYLIE™ can be laundered in either domestic or commercial washing machines.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS
Rinse thoroughly in cold water before commencing the hot wash cycle. To achieve disinfection, wash for at least 10 minutes in a hot wash cycle at 65C (the approximate temperature of a domestic hot water service). Care should be taken when laundering in domestic twin tub washing machines.

Those machines with high speed, side-wall mounted impellers can damage the Kylie Ultra Absorbent Bedding and Washable Protection therefore are not recommended.

KYLIE™ Ultra Absorbent Bedding and Washable Protection range are designed to allow for minimal shrinkage and most of this will occur during the first few washes.

Warning: Water temperature should not exceed 80C.

DETERGENTS OR WASHING POWDERS

The most effective wash can be achieved by using neutral or mildly alkaline washing powders which should be used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. Rinse thoroughly to maintain product effectiveness.

LAUNDRY ADDITIVES

All additives must be completely dissolved or dispersed in water before coming into contact with the KYLIE™ Ultra Absorbent Bedding and Washable Protection range. This gains the maximum benefit from the additives used and also helps to maintain the KYLIE™ Absorbent Pads in good condition.

FABRIC SOFTENERS

Fabric softeners will adversely affect the long term performance of the product. It places a coating on the surface of the product interfering with the absorption of urine.

Warning: Do not use fabric softeners.

DRYING INSTRUCTIONS
Due to the fluid retention properties of KYLIE™ Ultra Absorbent Bedding and Washable Protection’s 3 layer system, as much water as possible should be spun from the fabric prior to drying. Can be dried on an outside line, drying cabinet or tumble drier. Temperatures above 80C must be avoided to prevent long term damage. Care should be taken to ensure that the fabric does not come into contact with any heating elements.

DISINFECTANTS AND BLEACHES
Only use if heavily soiled. A hypochlorite-based bleach or disinfectant may be used to clean the KYLIE™ Ultra Absorbent Bedding and Washable Protection.

However, always take care to use according to the manufacturer’s instructions, ensuring the product is correctly diluted prior to coming into contact with the KYLIE™ Ultra Absorbent Bedding and Washable Protection range. Prolonged use of bleach is not recommended as it can cause deterioration of fabrics and threads.

Warning: Do not pour concentrated bleach directly onto the Kylie.
